Look inside the attic toy chest located on the upper mezzanine floor. You need the brass key to unlock it.

Equip the Toy Hand Saw from Mellow's inventory, click the toilet bowl, and select 'Offer Tool'.

1. Open Attic Chest with Brass Key → Get Toy Hand Saw.
2. Go to Bathroom → Use Toy Hand Saw on Toilet.
3. Creature gives you the Silver Valve, which drains the basement flooded hallway!
